Exit 63 North (North Ocean Avenue or Patchogue Mt. Sinai Road) to Route25A. Make a right on Route25A traveling east. Our office is located on the North side of Route 25A approximately 1/8 mile east of the intersection of Miller Place Road and Route 25A in Miller Place (7-11 on the North corner; Hess on the South corner). It is a one-story wheelchair accessible green building with mirrored windows.
