AboutTerry Cipriani is a Certified Elder Law Attorney* who owns and manages the law firm of Terry Cipriani, PLLC. She earned her law degree, summa cum laude, from Touro Law Center and holds a B.S. in Business Management from St. Joseph’s College. Terry is a member of the New York State Bar Association Elder Law and Trusts and Estates sections. She is also a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association Elder Law and Surrogate’s Court committees. In addition, she is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is a frequent lecturer and writer in the areas of Estate Planning and Elder Law and conducts seminars on those subject areas and related issues at no charge to both large and small groups of people upon request. Terry has been featured a number of times in Newsday’s Act Two, Ask the Expert column answering questions related to Medicaid planning. Her expertise on Supplemental and Special Needs Trusts was also featured in the Daily News, Money section. Terry also serves as a Trustee and Vice-President for the North Shore Public Library and is a Director and Website Coordinator for the North Brookhaven Chamber of Commerce. *Certified by the National Elder Law Foundation which is not affiliated with any governmental authority.
