About Us

Terry Cipriani is a Certified Elder Law Attorney* who owns and manages the law firm of Terry Cipriani, PLLC.  She earned her law degree, summa cum laude, from Touro Law Center and holds a B.S. in Business Management from St. Joseph’s College.  Prior to starting her own firm, she was a partner with a well known Elder Law and Estate Planning firm located in Islandia, New York

Terry is a member of the New York State Bar Association Elder Law and Trusts and Estates sections as well as the Suffolk County Bar Association.  In addition, she is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

She is a frequent lecturer and writer in the areas of Estate Planning and Elder Law.
